usc 편입 지원하려는데요 고등학교 성적표 관련된거 보다가
Students who completed secondary school outside the U.S. may substitute a copy of a diploma or leaving certificate
이런말이 눈에 띄는데요.. 저말은 고딩 official transcipt을 졸업장으로 대체할수 있다는 건가요??
